RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Valid ID Required

• All customers must present a valid photo ID at check-in.

Watercraft Operation

• To book any rental through Xtreme Water rentals, you must be at least 21 years of age.

• To operate a jet ski, you must be at least 21 years of age.

• Passengers can be of any age.

Operating a Chartered Boat

• Sit back and relax — for your safety and peace of mind, our boats are chartered. A professional captain will handle the navigation, so no boating education is required.

• We'll guide you through a quick Boater Safety guide to ensure you're set for a safe and thrilling experience.

Safety Measures

• We equip all our guests with life jackets for safety.

• When operating a jet ski, life jackets must be worn at all times

• When riding a boat, there will be a life jacket on board for each passenger. Adults and children 13 and older may choose whether or not to wear it per state law.

• Children under 13 must wear life jackets at all times while on the water.

Full Payment and Deposit Details

• Complete your payment at checkout to schedule the rental appointment.

• Your safety deposit is due when you show up to the rental appointment. It is fully refundable post-inspection, provided the equipment is returned in good shape, without damage due to negligence.

No Surprises

• The deposit amount will be clearly communicated during the booking process, varying based on the selected equipment and services.

Punctual Returns

• Please return your jet ski on time to help us provide timely experiences for all guests. Late fees may apply.
